YOUR COMPLEMENTARY CONTENT PLAN FOR THE WEEK

Steal the exact concepts behind some of my best-performing content and adapt them to whatever YOU sell.

I went through some of my best-performing content and pulled out the actual IDEA underneath each post. Not the exact topic. Not the niche. Not the hook word-for-word. The part that made the idea interesting enough for someone to stop scrolling in the first place.

Because once you understand THAT, you can take the same premise and use it for basically anything you sell.

I gave you six. Post one a day this week. Then please take Sunday off. ๐Ÿ˜‚

READ METap each idea to open it. I gave you the concept, why it works, a formula you can steal, and an example from a completely different niche.

Connect 3 seemingly unrelated results with ONE underlying reason.

THE IDEA

Take several results you've created, your customer has created, or your ideal customer wants that don't immediately seem connected.

Then reveal the ONE principle, method, skill, product mechanism, decision, or change underneath all of them.

The whole point is making someone wonder: "Wait. What does THAT have to do with all of those results?"

WHY IT WORKS

You're combining curiosity with proof.

Instead of saying, "My method works," you're showing several different outcomes and making people want to know what connects them.

That gives you something much more interesting to talk about than the result by itself.

STEAL THIS FORMULA

"How I used [ONE THING] to [RESULT 1], [RESULT 2], and [RESULT 3]."

"How [ONE CHANGE] helped me [RESULT 1], [RESULT 2], [RESULT 3], and basically changed [BIGGER AREA]."

EXAMPLE

NICHE Postpartum fitness

"How I rebuilt my core, stopped peeing when I sneezed, got back under a barbell, and finally trusted my body again after having babies."

Then the post would reveal what all four results actually had in common.

Maybe the answer is learning how to manage pressure correctly and rebuild strength instead of treating every postpartum symptom like a completely separate problem.

Now she isn't just posting: "3 tips for strengthening your core." She has a premise.

YOUR TURN

Think about what you sell. What are 3 or 4 results you could put beside each other that would make someone think: "Okay wait... how did ONE thing do all of that?"

Take the big vague result and make it painfully specific.

THE IDEA

Pick the big result everybody in your niche talks about. Freedom. Confidence. Health. More energy. Success. Financial security. Feeling strong. More time. Better relationships.

Then stop SAYING the word and show what it actually looks like in someone's real life. Preferably on a completely normal Tuesday.

WHY IT WORKS

"Freedom" is easy to scroll past.

"Being able to book the flight without checking your bank account six times first" creates a picture.

Specificity lets someone mentally try on the result.

STEAL THIS FORMULA

"I don't need [STEREOTYPICAL VERSION OF RESULT]. Give me [SPECIFIC REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE], [SPECIFIC REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE], and [SPECIFIC REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE]. THAT'S [RESULT] to me."

EXAMPLE

NICHE Fitness

"I don't need visible abs 365 days a year.

Give me enough strength to carry both kids upstairs without throwing my back out.

Enough energy that 3PM doesn't flatten me.

And a body I don't have to 'start over' with every Monday.

THAT'S being fit to me."

Now fitness means something.

YOUR TURN

What big result does your product help create? Write the word down.

Then underneath it, write five tiny moments that would prove someone actually HAS that result. Use those moments in the post instead of relying on the vague word.

Give them something to REMOVE instead of five more things to add.

THE IDEA

Look at the result your customer wants. Then ask:

"What are they already doing that may be making this harder?"

Create the post around removing those things.

WHY IT WORKS

Most people already feel like they have 900 things they're supposed to be doing.

"Do these five MORE things" sounds exhausting. "Stop doing these three things" feels useful immediately.

It also shows that you understand WHY the problem keeps happening.

STEAL THIS FORMULA

"[DESIRED RESULT] gets a whole lot easier when you stop doing these ___ things."

"If you want [RESULT], remove these ___ things first."

"___ things I'd immediately stop doing if I wanted [RESULT]."

EXAMPLE

NICHE Photography

"Booking higher-paying photography clients gets a LOT easier when you remove these 4 things from your inquiry process."

  • โ€”Sending a giant pricing PDF with zero context.
  • โ€”Giving someone eight packages to choose from.
  • โ€”Replying to an emotional inquiry with a robotic canned response.
  • โ€”Sending the price and then disappearing forever.

But don't just list them. Explain WHY each one creates friction in the buying process.

YOUR TURN

What are 3 to 5 things your ideal customer is currently doing because she thinks they're helping... but they may actually be making the result harder?

Personify the system.

THE IDEA

Figure out what your customer is trying to get a response from.

That might be:

the algorithm ยท the metabolism ยท the skin barrier ยท the pelvic floor ยท the buyer's brain ยท the credit score ยท the camera ยท the hiring manager ยท the toddler brain ยท the nervous system

Then create content around what that system LOVES or HATES.

WHY IT WORKS

It turns an educational post into something way more interesting.

"4 tips for healthier skin" is fine. "Your skin barrier HATES when you do these four things" immediately creates a different level of curiosity.

And you still get to teach the exact same information.

STEAL THIS FORMULA

"Your [SYSTEM] hates when you..."

"Your [SYSTEM] LOVES when you..."

"If you're trying to [RESULT], stop fighting what your [SYSTEM] actually responds to."

EXAMPLE

NICHE Skincare

"Your skin barrier HATES when you..."

Then talk about:

  • โ€”adding three new actives because one breakout showed up
  • โ€”over-exfoliating
  • โ€”switching routines every four days
  • โ€”stripping the skin and then trying to repair it with even more products

Then bring it home with something like: "The question probably isn't 'What can I throw at this breakout?' The better question is 'What does healthy skin actually respond to?'"

YOUR TURN

What system does your ideal customer need to understand to get better results? What does that system respond well to? What makes it absolutely miserable? ๐Ÿ˜‚

Start with WHY the bad result keeps happening.

THE IDEA

Instead of immediately teaching someone how to get the result... diagnose why they aren't getting it.

Don't start with: "How to book more clients."

Try: "Once you understand why people love your work but still don't book, getting more clients gets a whole lot easier."

WHY IT WORKS

People are fascinated by explanations for problems they're already experiencing.

It also gives you a chance to demonstrate that you understand the root of the problem instead of tossing another random tip at it.

STEAL THIS FORMULA

"Once you understand why [BAD RESULT KEEPS HAPPENING], you can [DESIRED RESULT]."

"The fastest way to [RESULT] is to understand why [PROBLEM] keeps happening."

"Before you try to [DESIRED ACTION], figure out why [CURRENT PROBLEM]."

EXAMPLE

NICHE Coaching

"Once you understand why people keep telling you 'this sounds amazing' and then disappearing, selling your coaching gets MUCH easier."

The post could explain:

  • โ€”Maybe they like the result, but don't understand why they need to solve it now.
  • โ€”Maybe they understand the program, but they still don't have enough certainty to make a bigger buying decision.
  • โ€”Maybe your messaging spends 80% of its time describing what they get and almost none describing what changes.
  • โ€”Maybe you're creating interest but never actually helping them make a decision.

Now you've given the reader a diagnosis, not another "post more consistently" tip.

YOUR TURN

What frustrating result keeps happening to your ideal customer? Finish this sentence: "They THINK this is happening because ______, but I think it's actually happening because ______." There's your post.

Talk about what CREATES the metric they're chasing.

THE IDEA

Find the number, metric, or surface result your audience is constantly trying to increase.

More followers. More inquiries. Lower weight. More points. More email opens. More bookings. Higher credit score. More views.

Then redirect the conversation toward what actually CREATES that result.

WHY IT WORKS

Your audience is usually staring at the scoreboard.

You're teaching them how the points actually get on it.

That's a much more expert conversation.

STEAL THIS FORMULA

"Stop asking, 'How do I get [SURFACE RESULT]?' Start asking, 'How do I create [BEHAVIOR / CONDITION / SKILL THAT PRODUCES IT]?'"

"The question isn't [SURFACE QUESTION]. The better question is [ROOT QUESTION]."

EXAMPLE

NICHE Photography

"Stop asking: 'How do I get more wedding inquiries?'

Start asking: 'What does someone need to see, believe, and feel before they trust me with a $4,000 wedding?'"

More inquiries are the metric. Trust, positioning, proof, clarity, perceived value, and differentiation help create the metric.

That gives you WAY more interesting content than another post called "5 ways to get photography inquiries."

YOUR TURN

What number does your audience constantly talk about wanting? Now ask: "What has to happen BEFORE that number can go up?" Talk about THAT.

OKAY. THAT'S YOUR WEEK.

Six posts. One a day.

Please do not consume this entire guide, save it somewhere, feel extremely productive about yourself, and then use none of it. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Pick one. Make the post. Tomorrow, make another one.

And when Sunday gets here? PUT THE PHONE DOWN.

Go to Target. Read something. Take your kids somewhere. Watch 14 consecutive episodes of something terrible. Stare at the ceiling. I do not care. I release you. ๐Ÿ˜‚

STRESS FREE SALES

NOW LET'S SAY THESE POSTS WORK.

People start responding. Someone comments. Someone replies to a Story. Someone joins your email list. Someone clicks. Someone tells you she wants what you sell. Someone is VERY clearly interested.

Okay. What happens to her next?

Because getting someone's attention is one skill. Knowing what to DO with that attention is another one entirely.

Can you take that person from interested... to trusting you... to understanding why your offer is right for her... to actually making a decision... to buying... and eventually coming back and buying something ELSE from you?

That's the system I care about. Because I don't want you creating one great piece of content, making one random sale, and then waking up tomorrow wondering how the heck you're supposed to do it again.

I want you to understand how your CONTENT, messaging, Stories, emails, offers and buyer psychology work together so interest has somewhere to GO.

That's what I teach inside Stress Free Sales.

STRANGER
FOLLOWER
LEAD
BUYER
REPEAT BUYER

The goal isn't just getting better at posting. It's building a business that knows what to do with the people your content brings in.

You've got six posts to create the interest. Now let me show you how to turn that interest into SALES.
